Most of them have neither a company e-mail nor a computer. And new tools such as Notion, Slack or MS Teams, which are a matter of course for other professional groups, are foreign to most in the commercial sector. Even the most basic programs for personnel administration and payroll accounting have not really been developed for their needs. This is exactly where Midlane comes in.
